PolyD finishes for professional 3D printing enhance the aesthetics, colour, surface finish and durability of printed parts. VAPOR SMOOTHING BLACK

NEW finishing!

Vapor smoothing enhances the surface of 3D-printed parts, transforming rough textures into a smooth finish comparable to injection-molded products.
The pieces subjected to the treatment take on a GLOSSY BLACK colour.

How is it done?
The rough surface of a printed object is exposed to solvent vapors under controlled conditions. The vapor condenses on the part’s surface, eliminating peaks and troughs, and enhancing the part’s strength, aesthetics, and water resistance. This results in a smooth and professional appearance.
Natural Matt

A homogeneous matt finish in anthracite grey, obtained by abrasion.
The treatment smoothes surfaces by reducing surface roughness, without compromising details and tolerances.
Hollow areas and internal parts of objects with complex geometries
may receive partial and limited treatment.
Raw Gray, only Sandblasted

No treatment applied.
