Reg. of Rimini R.E.A. 300891 hereinafter also referred to as '' 3D PRINT '' and any person who makes purchases online on the website www.polyd.it, by telephone or by e-mail, hereinafter referred to as '' CUSTOMER ''.

These conditions govern purchases made on the website www.polyd.it, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003 concerning electronic commerce in addition to purchases made by telephone and by e-mail.

Changes to the Terms of Sale following the confirmation of orders will not affect the order or the relationship with us, except as may be required by applicable law.
With these general sales conditions, 3D Print Italia S.r.l. sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable property indicated and offered for sale on www.polyd.it.

Before proceeding to confirm their order, the customer undertakes to review these general sales conditions as well as the pre-contractual conditions provided by 3D Print Italia Srl, which must be viewed and accepted before the order is confirmed by affixing a flag in the indicated box.

The purchase procedure can take place by telephone, with the help of email, or online through the website www.polyd.it.
In case of order transmitted by telephone request, 3D Print staff will lead the customer through the steps of the online purchase process described below, requesting verbal confirmation of the order details.
In case of order sent by e-mail, the customer will receive an order confirmation email with all the transaction data summarized.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time for reasonable reasons.
For example, we may refuse, interrupt or cancel the order if there is an ongoing dispute over the payment of a previous order or in the event of suspicion, in our sole discretion of
i) fraudulent activity; or any
ii) violation of these Terms of Sale.
The sales contract is considered concluded with the dispatch by 3D Print Italia S.r.l. to the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation by e-mail or other suitable means.
The e-mail contains the data of the CUSTOMER and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, any shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the link to print and store the copy of these conditions. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the above e-mail and to promptly communicate to 3D Print Italia S.r.l. any corrections / changes to be made.
The confirmation of the order and the shipment constitutes the acceptance of the order by us and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

3D PRINT ITALIA SRL provides for the shipment of the ordered goods with standard methods: the ordered goods are produced / shipped / delivered in maximum thirty (30) working days starting from the conclusion of all the order procedures and payment.
You are informed precisely about the time needed to complete the order, before confirming the order, not after.

The prices are indicated in the quote sent, following the transmission of the .STL format file by the customer.
Any changes made to the model contained in the .SLT file sent by the customer require an updated quote. The estimates are valid for the calendar day on which they are issued, after which the price can change without notice.
3D Print uses the Euro as its sole currency, the costs and the prices of the products will be indicated in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
Taxes on sales, use or any other taxes may vary depending on the location to which the products will be shipped.
Shipping costs, if any, are listed in the Shipping Policy below. Shipping costs will be added to the product price.
The costs will be summarized before the request for confirmation and transmission of the order and will also be highlighted in the correspondence by e-mail.
It is always possible that, despite reasonable efforts by us, certain products offered on our sales channels or delivery costs may carry an incorrect price.
We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you in case of errors in the products ordered or in the case of error in shipping costs.
If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, the order will be canceled by us with a written notification.

The goods supplied by 3D Print must be paid in one of the following ways: advance bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, PayPlug.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be activated as soon as it is visible on the 3D Print current account (maximum 5 working days).

The CUSTOMER expressly authorizes 3D Print to perform security checks, if deemed necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including updated information) on the same customer or on third parties, for any reason, including, but not limited to, card details of payment, for authentication of the identity, for the validation of the payment card, to obtain an initial authorization for the payment card and to authorize the individual purchase transactions.
The total amount of the purchase will be charged to the payment card upon confirmation of the order.
Where we provide PayPal / PayPlug as a payment method, the full amount of the purchase can be withdrawn immediately after the order is transmitted.
Advance payment does not affect your statutory rights under these Terms of Sale (including, for example, any right to refund where provided). If we are unable fulfill the shipping and / or delivery obligations indicated below, you will receive a notification by e-mail and will proceed with the refund of the advance payment without undue delay.
Bank transfer fees may be applied for transmitted orders. In this case the possible debit will be communicated in the order summary e-mail.
We request confirmation of all bank transfer orders transmitted by telephone through an order approval process.
We can recognize a bank transfer order, however the order will not be processed until receipt of payment and confirmation by e-mail. If the payment of the transfer is not credited to our bank account within five (5) days from the transmission of the order, it will be canceled.
When ordering the products through the sales channels indicated above with the specified methods, you will receive an invoice that will be sent in writing (to the email address indicated as a PDF attachment or in another format).
The CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the contract by written confirmation of the order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the day of purchase. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to assert the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Not personalized products purchased through the website www.polyd.it can be returned if they present differences, are incorrectly delivered or are delivered in a different number than those ordered.
To return a product, follow the steps below:
(i) any discrepancy of the product must be promptly communicated by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
(ii) For all returns, it is necessary to include the product in the return package, together with all the related accessories, any free item received as part of your order, the other documents, in their original box.
(iii) The return is made by sending all the material delivered to the 3D Print registered office where it will be verified that the returned product meets the conditions of the Return Policy and, in the case of compliance, it will be possible to request in case of sale of hardware and software, the return of goods, reimbursement of expenses incurred. Transportation costs will be borne by 3D Print.
You may be asked to provide product information to make an initial assessment of the condition of the product itself.
3D Print reserves the right not to accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered with respect to the original condition in any way.
If the order included free items, these must be returned with the products.
Any return will be subject to rigorous quality controls ("QC"), carried out by us to guarantee the conformity of the products returned with these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, the return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product fulfills the QC, we will proceed with the refund.
Failure to comply with these Sales Conditions will authorize us to refuse the returned product and to return it with the expenses to your charge.
Orders for products customized in any way or made differently from the specifications cannot be canceled and these products cannot be returned for refunds.
It is possible to return a product purchased through the site www.polyd.it for the purposes of reimbursement, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of sale, in particular the Right to cancellation and the Return procedure referred to above.
Only the purchaser will be entitled to receive a refund of the price paid. In any case is a person who received the product as a gift (or "gift recipient") entitled to a refund.
If the return is in accordance with these Terms of Sale, we will make all reasonable efforts to reimburse the purchase price to the purchaser by the same means of payment used by the purchaser for the initial transaction within fourteen (14) days of verification the requirements for the exercise of the cancellation right and the return procedure described above.
3D Print is committed to ensuring that each product strictly complies with the criteria and characteristics indicated on the site www.polyd.it.

The CUSTOMER assumes full legal responsibility for the specifications of the project and the performance of the goods commissioned to 3D Print.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Seller assumes no responsibility or liability for the selection of materials for the goods covered by this transaction. Only the CUSTOMER has the responsibility to ensure that the materials selected for the goods to be produced by the Seller are in compliance with every requirement or regulatory specification, including, but not limited to, Directive 2002/95 / EC on the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS Directive) together with any national law implementing this directive, ISO, FDA, UL, CSA, CE, TUV, FCC, NSF and USP.
Any claims made by the Seller's personnel or specifications provided by the Seller in relation to the materials must be verified by the buyer with the material manufacturer.
3D Print aims to ensure that information relating to product descriptions and their characteristics, reported on the site www.polyd.it, is accurate and complete. However, we do not provide warranties, explicit or implicit, in relation to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of such information.
The product covered by these terms of sale is conceived, designed and commissioned in all its features by the CUSTOMER who assumes all responsibility in this regard and who acknowledges that 3D Print assumes no responsibility for the product except for the manufacturing correspondence to the CUSTOMER's commission.
Any liability towards 3D Print for material or immaterial damages deriving from the commissioned products is excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not recognize and explicitly exclude any warranty, condition and term, whether explicit or provided by common law or other law, regarding the products and website www.polyd.it or its content.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes our liability for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.
Without prejudice to the previous sentence, 3D Print will not be liable for damages and consequences deriving from / or relating to / inappropriate or unauthorized use of the website or its content.
3D Print declines all responsibility regarding the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided by the CUSTOMER.
3D Print also declines all responsibility regarding the merchantability and marketing of the product commissioned by the CUSTOMER.
Any liability to 3D Print for material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided there in or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, except where it can be proven that the author has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
With the acceptance of the present conditions, the CUSTOMER undertakes under his / her own personal responsibility to provide 3D Print with correct and precise information regarding the product to be made, guaranteeing the absence of express production bans based on the regulations in force. The CUSTOMER undertakes to hold no liability, to compensate from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, sanction and fine of any kind (including, without limitation, interest, taxes and legal fees, customs fees, fines, taxes, criminal penalties or any other government sanction of any kind), 3D Print caused by the production of the work commissioned by the CUSTOMER.

The products covered by this transaction may be subject to EU export control regulations and local regulations that limit the export and re-export of some sensitive products and the technology where it is delivered and used: the CUSTOMER is required to comply with these laws . The products or parts of them must not be sold, leased or transferred to end users or countries subject to restrictions or to users implicated in weapons of mass destruction or genocide.
By receiving these products or parts of them you agree to be legally responsible for the use and distribution of such parts in compliance with the EU export control regulations and that you will comply with the aforementioned regulations, including the prohibition to sell or distribute the products to parts or end users affected by restrictions as described in the EU export regulations and you will get all the necessary export licenses or authorizations that may be required if the products are sold to parts or exported to countries for which a license or authorization is required.
The CUSTOMER represents and guarantees 3D Print that the products covered by this transaction are not subject to any government contract and will not be subject to regulations concerning international arms traffic.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Sale is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision or part of provision will not be deemed to be part of these Terms of Sale and the legality, validity or applicability of the remaining part of the provision referred to these Sales Conditions is not affected, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms of Sale (and the terms associated with them) constitute the entire agreement between the CUSTOMER and 3d Print Italia S.r.l. in relation to the order of the products or services and replaces and invalidates any agreement, draft agreement, provision, act or guarantee contract previously stipulated, of any nature, between the parties, both in oral and written form, in relation to aforementioned matter.
Pursuant to these Sales Terms, we are not responsible for any errors or delays in the execution or fulfillment of obligations arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control.
The waiver by us of the termination of one or more clauses of these Terms of Sale shall not be understood as a waiver of any subsequent termination.

No other person will have the right to enforce any of the terms of the aforementioned contract.
These Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which 3D Print Italia S.r.l. has its registered office, without reference to provisions regarding conflict of laws ("applicable laws").
Where the applicable laws differ from the mandatory rules protecting the consumer in the country of residence, similar protection will be guaranteed by us.
Except for mandatory laws, in the event of disputes arising from these general conditions, the competent court will be the Court of Rimini where 3D Print Italia Srl has its registered office.
Subject to the right to file a complaint before a court, the CUSTOMER and 3D Print Italia S.r.l. undertake to carry out at first any reasonable effort in order to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute or failure to reach an agreement arising out of or relating to the product, the Sales Conditions or any violation.
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to lodge a complaint before an alternative dispute resolution body.
